Before You Begin ...
Before you begin the PreK Online Registration process for 2026-2027, gather these things:
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Child’s Social Security Card
- Child’s Immunization Record
- Parent’s Drivers License (must not be expired)
- Electric Bill
- One other UTILITY BILL (Gas, water, cable, satellite, trash pickup) or lease/mortgage
- Last 2 check stubs for each adult in the household if you do not receive SNAP or Medicaid
- If you do not work, print and fill out the No Income Form
- If you have irregular income, print and fill out the Irregular Income Form
Failure to provide the information listed above or properly fill out the required forms may result in delays
with your registration.
Please follow the instructions below carefully to avoid having to re-submit your application.

Below are the two steps to start the online enrollment process.
First, be sure to fill out the online enrollment form. Once filled out go to step two and choose your first program preference. Be sure to review the process for each program to complete the registration process.

Step One:
- Complete an enrollment form for each child Birth – 4 years old for enrollment to Early Learning Centers, Head Start (new students only), and Webster Parish Schools PreK programs.
- MAKE SURE YOU COMPLETE STEP 2 AFTER SUBMITTING ENROLLMENT APPLICATION
Step Two: After submitting the Enrollment Application…
Choose your 1st program preference and REGISTER by following the directions below:
Webster Parish Schools PreK
Browning, Central, Doyline, North Webster Lower, J.A. Phillips
- Webster Parish Schools PreK 4 (must be 4 by Sept. 30, 2026)
- ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE UPLOADED to complete registration.
- If you do not receive SNAP or Medicaid, The last 2 check stubs for each adult in
the household that works must be uploaded under proof of income. - If you and your child live with someone else, you will need to upload a letter from the
person you live with (letter needs to include date, who lives there, address and
signature of person making statement) AND include an electric bill with the letter,
AND another utility bill in that person’s name. - The proof of residence uploaded MUST be an electric bill and another utility bill/
lease/mortgage for the address. - Select PreK next school year 2026-2027
Early Learning Centers
- Early Learning Centers (Birth – 4 yrs. old weekly tuition rates/ can apply for child
care assistance) - REGISTRATION: YOU must contact the Early Learning Center of choice to complete
the Registration packet
Head Start
- Head Start (18 mos - 4 years old by Sept. 30, 2026)
- REGISTRATION: YOU must contact the Head Start office (318) 377-7022
or Head Start center of choice to complete the Registration packet. (new students
only)
Helpful Information
Use these forms if required to submit income documents:
- If an adult in the household has no income -complete the No Income form.
If an adult in the household has irregular income (self employed, cash payments, family support, seasonal employment, etc.) -complete the Irregular Income form.
This form must be completed by any adult household member who is declaring that they do not provide
financial support to the parent and/or child.
