Online Enrollment
Below are the two steps to start the online enrollment process. First, be sure to fill out the online enrollment form, once filled out go to step two and choose your first program preference. Be sure to review the process for the centers to complete the registration process.

Before You Begin ...
Before you begin STEP 2 for Webster Parish Schools PreK Program, gather these things:
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Child’s Social Security Card
- Child’s Shot Record
- Parent’s Driver’s License
- 2 Proofs of Residence- upload (2) of the following: Mortgage/ Lease or UTILITY BILLS – electric, gas, water, cable, satellite, trash pickup (must be a utility service to the physical address)
- Last 2 current check stubs for each adult in the household, if you do not receive SNAP or Medicaid
- If you are an adult in the household and do not work, print and fill out the No Income Form
- If you have irregular income, print and fill out the Irregular Income Form
In order to have a COMPLETE Registration for Webster Parish schools PreK, ALL required documents must be uploaded in STEP 2. Failure to provide the information listed above or properly fill out the required forms may result in delays with your registration.

Step One:
- Complete a form for each child Birth – 4 years old for enrollment to Early Learning Centers, Early Head Start/Head Start (new students only), and Webster Parish Schools PreK programs
Step Two:
Choose your 1st program preference and REGISTER by following the directions below:
Early Learning Centers

- Early Learning Centers (Birth – 4 yrs. old)
- Sibley: Mae Mae’s Munchkins, Too
- Springhill: Care A Lot, Jack N Jill, Kids R Kids, North Webster Children’s Early Learning Centers
- Minden: Little Scholar’s Academy, Little Steps of Faith, Mae Mae’s Munchkins, St. Rest, & Stepping Stones Early Learning Centers
- REGISTRATION: Once you complete Step 1 Enrollment Application Form, you must contact the Early Learning Center of choice to complete the Registration packet.
Head Start
- Early Head Start (18 months – 35 months by September 30, 2024)
- Head Start (3 or 4 years old by September 30, 2024)
- Mother Goose Land, Jack and Hill, & Humpty Dumpty
- REGISTRATION: Once you complete Step 1 Enrollment Application Form, you must contact the Head Start office at 377-7022 or Head Start center of choice to complete the Registration packet. (new students only)
Webster Parish Schools PreK
- Webster Parish Schools PreK (must be 4 by September 30, 2024)
- Browning, Central, Doyline, J.A. Phillips, & North Webster Lower Elementary schools
PLEASE READ: ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE UPLOADED in STEP 2 to complete registration.
- The last 2 check stubs for each adult in the household that works must be uploaded under proof of income.
- If you and your child live with someone else, you will need to upload a letter from the person you live with, an electric bill, and another utility bill in that person’s name.
- The proof of residence uploaded MUST be an electric bill and another utility bill for the address.
Helpful Information
- If an adult in the household has no income -complete the No Income form.
- If an adult in the household has irregular income (self employed, cash payments, family support, seasonal employment, etc.) -complete the Irregular Income form.
