North Webster Children’s Learning Center is an early learning center and has committed to working with education providers to raise the level of standards and expectations for children Birth to age 5. This is accomplished through additional professional development and following the Louisiana Department Early Learning and Development Standards. Teachers are observed using the CLASS observation tool and all children receiving tuition assistance are assessed using Teaching Strategies GOLD. These programs are eligible to receive tuition assistance through the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP).
